Incitement to violence and actual violence continue incessantly. Therefore I urge you (1) to end U.S. negotiations with Arafat and his regime (2) to place the Al-Aqsa Martyr's Brigade Tanzim and Force 17 on the U.S. list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations and (3) to terminate all U.S. funding to the Palestinian Authority.
