From: moishb@vipac.org Date: Thu 23 Sep 2004 Subject: (VIPAC) Support Israel: End the Murder and Humiliation of Israelis Dear Mr. President: The suicide murders in Israel this week were committed by an Arab children’s talk show hostess. The 18-year-old female suicide murderer / terrorist murdered two Israelis and wounded some 30 others. She was a children's TV show hostess on a local station in Shechem (Nablus). She came from a very wealthy Arab family in Shechem which owns the TV station where she worked. The Palestinian Media Watch has documented numerous children's TV programs that indoctrinate Arab children to seek "heroic death for Allah." On January 15 2002 Arafat himself during a PA televised message to children told them "Is it not the greatest message to the world when a child dies for Allah?" News reports quoted eyewitnesses to yesterday's attack as saying that the terrorist clad in a veil was stopped at the Border Guard post in Jerusalem at the entrance to the crowded bus-and-ride stop. She reportedly argued with one of the policeman who wanted to check her. When the second officer approached them the murderer detonated the explosives that she held in a bag in her hand. It should be noted that this occurred just a day after you told the UN General Assembly that Israel must "end the daily humiliation of the Palestinian people" - a reference to the checkpoints. It is not humiliation to stop murderers. It is humiliation to watch innocent people being murdered and being told by the world that you cannot the appropriate measures to stop the killings. It is time to say no to a Palestinian Arab state now and forever. It is time to throw the Arab murderers out of Gaza and the West Bank and not the Jews. I urge you to end your support of the proposed Israeli withdrawal form Gaza. Only with a strong and united stand can we defeat terrorism.
