(VIPAC) Dear Mr. President: This Saturday February 18 the newly elected Arab Palestinian Authority legislature will convene for the first time. A clear majority of this new Arab PA (72 seats out of a total of 132) will be members of Hamas which is an officially designated terrorist organization under American law. That means anyone even a president who financially supports Hamas is committing the terrible crime of assisting terrorists and is subject to prosecution and imprisonment. Mr. President please on Saturday February 18 completely end all of your financial aid to the Hamas-controlled Arab PA. By doing so you will avoid committing the high crime and misdemeanor of supporting terror which could trigger your impeachment. But more importantly you will be acting to preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States as you swore to do in your oath of office. You will dramatically demonstrate that even though you are our highest elected official you still do not consider yourself above the law. Sincerely |
