From: moishb@vipac.org Date: Thu 4 Jan 2007 Subject: Support Israel: Arab Violations of Supposed Truce With Israel Must Dear Mr. President: The New York Times on Friday January 5 2007 reported that the Palestinian Arab president Mahmoud Abbas made a statement condemning an Israeli attempt to arrest a wanted Arab murderer. Abbas said that the defensive Israeli action “’proved that the Israeli calls for peace and security are fake.’ Palestinians have been calling for an extension of a Gaza truce with Israel to the West Bank. ‘The continued aggression will only lead to the destruction of all efforts aimed at realizing peace’ Mr. Abbas said.” Mr. President there is no truce between Israel and the Palestinian Arabs. On an almost daily basis Arab rockets are striking civilian targets inside Israel’s pre-1967 borders. Just last week two innocent Israeli teenagers were seriously injured. If that is a truce what will Arab war be? I urge you to continue the boycott against the terrorist Hamas led Palestinian Arab Authority. Giving money to Hamas and Abbas’s Al Fatah will only encourage the continuing Arab attacks against Israeli civilians. These terrorist murderers are the cause of the unrest throughout the Middle East. Aid and succor will only encourage further violence. Respectfully yours ====================================== The President's email: comments@whitehouse.gov.
