(VIPAC) Sender: vipac-letters-bounces@vipac.org Errors-To: vipac-letters-bounces@vipac.org Dear Mr. President: For over a century the Palestinian Arabs been part of the Islamic Arab campaign to destroy the promise and reality of the Jewish State of Israel. During that time they have had the support of the Ottoman Empire the British Empire the Nazi Third Reich and the Soviet Empire. All of those powerful empires and governments have fallen and been consigned to the dust bin of history. That is because as powerful as they were they were facing an even greater power when they opposed Israel. They opposed the Bible's promise to the people of Israel and they lost to that promise. Mr. President Judea Samaria and Jerusalem constitute the heartland of that Biblical promise to the people of Israel. Please don't use your November meeting in Annapolis to force Israel from those lands. That would not be good for Israel America or even the Palestinian Arabs. The violence and misery of Gaza from which Israel withdrew is evidence of what a Judenrein West Bank would become and the threat it would pose to everyone. This November in Annapolis when you summon Israeli and Arab leaders to meet you please use the occasion to proclaim boldly your support of the Bible's promise of Judea Samaria and Jerusalem to the people of Israel. That is what the Bible demands and what the world needs. Sincerely |
